Today, ancient structures still stand still in Visayas. The beaches here are very beautiful. The pristine white sand beach, the crystal clear waters and clear blue skies are what are in store for you. There are a number of resorts from that range from budget-friendly accommodations to upscale resorts.
If you are into hiking, mountain climbing and more nature tripping then Mindanao is one great place to go to. The largest city in Mindanao is Davao City where the durian fruit is popular here. White water rafting is one of the favourite tourist adventures and you can experience one while in Cagayan de Oro City. Dahilayan Adventure Park in Bukidnon is one place to go riding on an ATV (all terrain vehicle) and go on a zip line ride. Bukidnon is also popular for the sweet pineapples that are planted here. For those who are fond of surfing the perfect waves of Cloud 9 in Siargao should not be missed.
